After the update a couple months ago the app keeps crashing. I’m not fond of the added feature of if you listen to a song the other songs connected to the album try to download. I have tried the app on 2 different devices and it crashes on both of them. I am on the road a lot and download my playlists to Bluetooth into my radio. The app used to work fine then it did an update and now it takes an act of God to get it to hook up to the Bluetooth or just listen on the device without crashing. I would also like to know why when I have a playlist downloaded the app decides it needs to do it over and over. The playlist will be downloaded then when I try to hook up to my pickup radio “poof” it isn’t downloaded anymore. If I had an option to move my music I would. Some of my music I was Forced to transfer from google play music that I had purchased (like over 2000 songs)when they decided to close that app down. Now I have music that I had paid for already that I can’t even listen to even though I pay the stupid monthly fee. I am being changed monthly to listen to My already purchased music and the app keeps crashing and I can’t listen to it. I wish things could be left alone it was working fine and I didn’t mind the monthly fee since I was able to add more music but now I am paying the fee and can’t even listen to the stuff I already purchased from google play music. And it isn’t like I can take my toys and leave the sandbox. If I cancel I loose EVERYTHING! Please fix this!!!

Well everything is amazing with the app and with subscription only thing I wish they would do is lower the pricing for the subscriptions and here’s why I wish they would because some family’s are homeless and this subscription is how they keep their baby’s n children calm why they try to find work or do things or the single subscription for homeless teens(yes I said home teens that I have no way come the teens that are transgender in the family wants nothing to do with them so they kick them out onto the streets the teens that are part of the LGBTQ plus communityThat have no income because they’re too young to work a full-time job or even a part-time job without parental consent but they enjoy the music because it’s the only lifeline they have types of teen) and dingle adults who are trying to find work or work just enough to pay rent/Utilities/Transportation to and from work and other needs doctors etc…… those types of family’s/single individuals who can’t pay the high prices to be able to turn screen off while they ride bikes/buses /walking with-without strollers kanes/walkers to who go to and from work/school/daycares/doctors or around town to find odd jobs to be able to eat those are the people I referre to when I say they might not be able to pay the asking price n can’t afford it I wish they would lower the price or make a type of screen just for them and have prof of these type of things for them to be on that plan I know you won’t read this but it’s an idea you should consider other then this small issues it’s awesome I love using the app above all other music app out there this is my fav n go to as long as I can afford it I’ll use it The friendly customer Frankie

This is probably one of the best music apps that I have used because it is so easy to use and the music catalog is truly unmatched. However, there is a couple things that need to be addressed before this is the PERFECT app. One being that if you are playing music for an extended period of time, the app has a tendency of not letting you be able to skip to the next song (even if you are a premium user) and the only way to get it back to normal is to exit and close the app entirely and then open it again. Sometimes it works the first time and other times you have to repeat that process which is pretty annoying. Another annoying thing is that when you go to listen to a playlist for a few minutes to a few hours, sometimes the songs you want to play won’t play at all, instead it will play the very FIRST song that you have added to that playlist. Even if you get the song you want to play to actually start playing, the artist and song that you have as the first song in your playlist with now be the name of the song that you’re playing (even though it’s clearly not the one you wanted to listen to!) Either that or the picture/album cover will be messed around in that same aspect. Kind of a long read, I know, but these are a few of the visual and auditorial issues you may come across while using this app and I truly wish that these would get addressed. Like I said earlier it would be the PERFECT music app if these were fixed!

I’ve been using this app as free since highschool, before downloading music from CDs and putting them on my phone (of course I still CDs back then because of the bands I love to listen to and want them on the go for more compact then listening it at home). Even getting the premium version later on so I can listen non stop without interruption was amazing to me and having anything on demand is perfect for my needs. It’s a good music app since most of the time lest you play videos as music you can listen to from music you can’t find anywhere else which is a plus but has some few visual glitches when using it. First off needs to fix the lag when trying to add to playlist or start a radio. Sometimes the music you are listening to can be bugged and have a non interactive menus where you would have to restart then app to fix, had to do this a few times which is annoying and hope it can be fixed. And offline mode can be slow and hope to improve on it. I usually listen to music when I’m somewhere with no signal and fixing this will help a lot. Overall great app and will continue to use in the future for my listening needs :) it’s the only place where I can find the music I like not found anywhere else on music streaming services. A great choice for listeners who want more freedom on what they listen to and can’t find anywhere else. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ four stars seems about right but still still needs improvement to be absolutely perfect.
